Two from NE MI appointed to state dairy committee

Two men from northeast Michigan have been appointed to the Michigan Dairy Market Program Committee.

The committee is dedicated to the promotion and consumer education of milk and milk products produced within the State of Michigan.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer has appointed Jeremy Beebe of Whittemore and Corby Werth of Alpena to the committee. Beebe is the owner of Double B Dairy. Werth is a partner owner with Werth Dairy, LLC.

Beebe is filling a partial term on the committee following a resignation. He has been appointed through the end of the year. Werth has been reappointed to represent the Michigan Milk Producers Association through December 31, 2022.
