LOW COST PLUS LITTLE PREP WORK MEANS A MEH CHICKEN LEG

Chicken legs and thighs
Soy sauce
Salt
Pepper

Heat oven to 375. Do not separate the chicken legs from the thighs. Put, as one piece, the chicken in a baking dish. Shake on a whole bunch of soy sauce. Don’t use much salt, as soy sauce is LOADED with sodium. Maybe leave the salt out all together. Put some pepper on there and bake it for 45-50 minutes. Of course check to make sure the chicken is done. You could always throw some onion, either dried or fresh, in there for extra flavor. But then again, that adds cost and time.
