Residents of Montmorency County filed 108 complaints with the sheriff’s office over the week.

An Albert Township resident called police last Wednesday to report the break in of a little league concession stand. Police said some items were stolen but did not release any additional information.

The incident remains under investigation.

Friday night, around 8:20 p.m., a deputy stopped a man on a riding lawn mower on State Street in Hillman. The 47 year-old was subsequently arrested for driving impaired and driving on a suspended license.

Deputies were sent to a verbal dispute in Albert Township shortly for 10 p.m. Saturday, on Big Antler Road. The parties were separated for the night, however deputies were called back to the same residence around 11:45 p.m. A 40 year-old woman was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

And a 28 year-old man was arrested shortly after midnight Sunday, for allegedly stealing a side by side. No other details of that incident were released.
