SLICED CUKE SALAD

5 cukes
1.5 teaspoons of salt
0.25 cup of vinegar
One third cup of water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of pepper

Thinly slice cukes. They say peel, but it’s up to you. I say no. Put salt in a bowl and add the cuke slices. Mix and cover it. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Drain and squeeze the slices. Dump the junky water. Put the squeezed cukes back in the bowl. Pour on the vinegar, sugar and pepper. Mix it up and put it in the fridge.
