COCONUT CAKE IS THE BEST USE FOR COCONUT

1 yellow cake mix
1 large container of whipped topping
9 ounces of frozen coconut
2 cups of whole milk, must be whole milk
1 cup of sugar

Make the cake per the directions. While it is baking, mix the milk and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for ten minutes. Add half the coconut. Mix it all up. Take the cake out of the oven when it is done and pour the mix over the top. Let the cake cool. Mix the rest of the coconut and whipped topping together and spread over the cake like a frosting.
