BEEF BRISKET THAT IS NOT BAR B QUED

1 four pound brisket
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix

Heat oven to 325. Put brisket on foil. Make sure there’s enough foil so you can wrap that baby up really tight. Don’t wrap it yet though. Set brisket, with foil, in a baking dish or oven safe pan. Pour on the soup. Shake on the dry soup mix. Now wrap it up. Put it in the oven for about 3 hours.
