SERVING SALMON STEW

1 pound of salmon
5 taters
1 onion
1 cup of water
12 ounces of evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
11 ounces of canned corn
Salt
Pepper

If using fresh salmon, cook and flake. If using canned, drain and make sure all those pesky bones are out of there. Dice the taters and chop the onion. Cook the taters and onions till done. Put it all in a pot. Bring to a simmer and let it go for a while so all those flavors can come together. Be sure the heat is a lower temp so you do not scorch, and thus ruin, your stew.
