Harrisville celebrates 45 years of Harmony Weekend Arts & Crafts Festival

Harrisville will be bustling with activity this Saturday and Sunday as the Harmony Weekend Arts & Crafts Festival celebrates its 45th anniversary.

As many as 30,000 people are expected to visit the city to the second largest arts and crafts fair in Michigan with over 300 exhibitors.

Artisans will display and sell their wares on the grounds of the courthouse at US-23 and M-72 on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

There will also be live music, a parade, lots of food and drink and other fun.

The popular Community Chalk Art Project will return on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Tennis Court area. Prizes will be awarded for the top artwork.

A farmers market will also be set up on Sunday.
