MAKE IT YOURSELF CRANBERRY SAUCE

16 oz of cranberries

2 c of sugar

1 tsp of orange juice concentrate

Wash and dry the cranberries. Once dry, chop them in half. Put in a pan and cover with water. Simmer over the lowest heat possible for one hour. You are going to strain the berries, but you must keep the juice. A good way is to strain into a heat proof/cold proof container. Put the juice in the fridge. Let the berries stay in the colander overnight in a cool place. On the next day, put the sugar and ½ cup of your cranberry juice in a pan. If you are short on juice add some water or some store-bought cranberry juice. Boil until the sugar spins a thread. Add in the cranberries and boil for 5 minutes. Add in the orange juice and pour into your mold. Chill it out. To unmold, dip into hot water and onto the plate.
