Annabelle Wilder

Annabelle Wilder, 85, of 241 June Street, Alpena went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Annabelle King was born August 22, 1929 in Alpena to Roy and Florence (McMichael) King and married Ronald Lee Wilder on December 29, 1951. He preceded her in death on November 1, 2008. She was a member of Alpena Free Methodist Church. Mrs. Wilder worked in the Alpena County Clerk’s office for 39 years, served as clerk for 4 years and retired in 1990.

Surviving are 2 daughters, Janice Wilder, Brenda (Randy) Toland of Illinois; 3 sons, Wesley (Char) Wilder, Wayne Wilder, Wendell (Saleana) Wilder; 11 grandchildren, Janis (John) Toland-Galarza, Justa, Jimmy and Jeffrey Toland, Kristyn, Alex, Rachel and Jacob Wilder, Joshua Phillips, Katherine and Emilee Wilder; 3 great grandchildren, Lucas, Anya Galarza, Michael Clark; 1 sister, Joylene (Willard) England; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wilder was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Wilcox and a brother, Rev. Raymond King.

Mrs. Wilder is at the Bannan Funeral Home where visitation will take place on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. Visitation will continue at Alpena Free Methodist Church on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Richard George officiating.
