BAKED KANSAS CORN

 

32 ounces of canned corn

32 ounces of creamed corn

12 ounces of grated swiss cheese

1 medium sized onion

2 eggs

½ pound of mushroom slices

½ cup of half and half

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

½ teaspoon of dill

½ sleeve of saltine crackers

Salt

Pepper

Parmesan cheese

Butter

Heat the oven to 325. Chop the onion. Beat the eggs. Put everything but the Parmesan and butter into a bowl and mix completely. Grease a casserole dish. Dump in your mix. Sprinkle on the Parmesan. Drop on a bunch of butter pats. Bake 1.5 hours or until it reaches that golden brown color we love our casseroles to be.
