Alpena Girls Basketball Team Drops Game Against Sault St. Marie

The Alpena Wildcats girls basketball team traveled to Sault St. Marie on Tuesday night, and fell to the Blue Devils by a final score of 60-49.
Christina Kollien led the way for Wildcats, scoring 19 points in the game, and Ami Milligan added 12 points, burying a total of three shots from downtown.
Alpena trailed most of the game and were able to keep it close, until the Sault put them away in the fourth quarter.
With the loss, the Wildcats now hold a 4-11 record overall.
Alpena will take the court Friday night as they host Gaylord in their Annual “Hoops for Hope” Pink Game.
