Alpena Girls Basketball Team Goes Cold In Fourth Quarter

The Alpena Wildcat Girls Basketball team dropped a home conference game to Traverse City West on Monday Night by a final score of 38-28.
Scoring was at a minimum in the contest as Alpena held a 4-2 lead after the first quarter.
The teams were tied after three quarters of play.
Traverse City went on a 13-3 run in the fourth and final quarter to earn the victory.
The Wildcats were led in scoring by Christina Kollien who had 9 points, and Ami Milligan who chipped in with 6 points.
With the loss, Alpena is now 4-10 overall, and 3-6 in Big North Conference Play.
The Cats will look to rebound quickly as they head to Sault St. Marie tonight for a meeting with the Blue Devils.
