SWEET SESAME SEED PORK TENDERLOIN

3/4 lb. pork tenderloin

1/4 c. soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, sliced

2 inch piece ginger root, peeled and sliced thin

1/4 c. honey

1 c. sesame seeds

In dish just large enough to hold pork, combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger root. Add pork and marinate covered, turning several times for 1 hour. Drain pork and pat dry. Spread the honey on a plate, and drag pork through it. Spread sesame seeds on another plate and coat pork completely. Roast in pan, at 400 degree for 20 minutes or until it is no longer pink. Let pork stand 5 minutes and slice on diagonal right before serving.
