SESAME SEED CHICKEN

6 chicken breasts

2 c. flour

1 tbsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. dry mustard

4 tbsp. sesame seeds

Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry. In a large plastic bag, mix together flour, salt, pepper, mustard and sesame seeds. Drop chicken breasts into the bag and shake until chicken is well coated with flour mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in a large baking dish. Drizzle a little butter over each chicken breast. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Do not turn.
