A young Alpena man has reached a settlement agreement with the prosecutor’s office on three separate cases.

Joshua Haffner Moneypenny, 21, recently pleaded guilty to all counts in the cases, with the exception of habitual offender-second offense.

In October 2016, Moneypenny was pulled over by police and found to be in possession of a prescription drug that was not his.  On April 5 of this year he was caught selling prescription drugs to another party.  And he resisted arrest in August when the Michigan State Police showed up at his house with an arrest warrant.

Moneypenny will be sentenced on November 20.
