LOOKS DIFFICULT BUT REALLY IS NOT SWEET FRUIT COBBLER

1 stick of butter
1 cup of self rising flour
1 cup of sugar
0.75 cup of milk
Fresh, frozen, or canned fruit approximately 20 ounces

Heat oven to 350. Put the butter in a shallow baking dish and put it in the oven till melted. Mix the flour, sugar and milk together well and pour onto the butter. Don’t mix it in. Put the fruit in there. No mixing again as the cooking process will do it for you. No really, watch and see! Into the oven for 45 minutes. Take out of oven and sprinkle on some sugar. Back into the oven for another 10 minutes.
