HOTDOGS FROM SOUTH OF THE BORDER
2 cans of chili with beans
1 package of hotdogs
0.5 cup grated cheese
0.5 cup chopped onion
1 package of tortillas
Taco sauce
Heat up the chili in a pan. While heating, also heat up the hotdogs in another pan. Slice the hotdogs, lengthwise, but not all the way through. You need them to stay together, just enough of a slice so you can stuff them with cheese and onions. Warm up the tortillas. Take a warmed tortilla, put in a stuffed hotdog, and roll it up. Secure it with a toothpick and put it on a plate. Cover with chili, more cheese and some taco sauce. Be sure to tell everyone there are toothpicks in there or it’s off to the hospital for you!
