GLAZED CARROTS

1 pound of baby carrots
1 cup of sugar
0.25 cup of butter
1.5 cups of water
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
0.5 teaspoon of lemon juice
Throw the carrots in a pan. Cover with sugar and put in the water. Put the lid on and simmer for about 25 minutes. When carrots are tender, add in the butter and put the lid back on. Simmer until glazed.
