A 27 year-old Atlanta man accused of murder stood mute to the charges Monday.

Henry Allen Mager is charged with the October, 2011 murder of 64 year-old Terry Allen Lee.

Mager is facing charges of felony murder, safe breaking, home invasion 1st degree, unlawfully driving away an automobile and felony firearm.

By standing mute, a not guilty plea was entered on his behalf.  A six-day trial is expected to be held in September or October.

Mager allegedly broke into Lee’s home to steal prescription pills.  He broke into the safe where they were kept and allegedly stole other items as well.  He is also accused of shooting and killing Lee with a firearm he stole during a separate break in.

Mager has admitted to the home invasion and breaking into Lee’s safe, but continues to deny he killed him.
