ASIAN CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless chicken breast
Broccoli spears
Cauliflower
1 can of cheddar cheese soup
Asian spices of your choice
Chop the chicken into nice bite sized pieces. Fry in a little oil. Season it as you go. Don’t spare the spice. Add in the veggies and keep right on a frying. When veggies are tender, and the spice is just right, add the soup and mix completely. Simmer till steamy hot. Serve over rice or noodles.
